Nina Prinz starts in the Superbike IDM‘s Superstock class

Nina Prinz returns

Nina Prinz, Germany’s fastest lady on two wheels, returns to the Superbike
IDM zurück. At least two events in the Superstock category are planned on
a Suzuki GSX-R1000 with the Team HPC Power Suzuki run by Denis
Hertrampf.

Nina Prinz: „Competing with the Suzuki GSXR1000
in the Qatar International Road Racing
Championship this year I’m happy and looking
forward to race in my home country again. With
Denis Hertrampf and Suzuki I have two strong
partners and for this reason the races should not
only be nice but successful as well. I’m really
keen to race and to see my former contenders
again.“

Thomas Hannecke, Leiter Sport Marketing Motorcycle & ATV, Suzuki
International Europe:
„Nina looks back on a long career in the IDM which started in 2001 in the 600 Supersport
class. When she started Superbike racing in 2006, she showed immediately a good
performance and weh should be keen to see how she does in the Superbike IDM’s
Superstock category now. Right now, we’ve planned two events in Oschersleben and
Hockenheim – two tracks which should suit Nina.“

Profil Nina Prinz: The 30-year-old from Kassel, Germany made her debut 20 years ago
on a pocket bike. Already in 1999 she became German Champion in the pocket bike and
midi bike class and one year later Champion of Baden-Württemberg, too. After a short time
in the ADAC Junior Cup she entered the Supersport class in 2001 finishing top ten overall in
2005. Then she moved successfully to the Superbike and Superstock class. 2006 and 2007
she became European Women’s Champion Superstock 1000 and 2007 she finished twelth in
the IDM Superbike, her strongest result so far. This year she races in the Qatar International
Road Racing Championship on a Suzuki GSX-R1000, being second in the championship
standings right now. After her crash in the last race event Nina was undergoing a successful
treatment at Ortema.”
