Successful IDM comeback for Nina Prinz
After two years of not racing in the IDM Nina Prinz took a pair of fifth places in the Superstock 1000 class.
Nina Prinz quickly felt home upon her IDM comeback and afterwards said she was happy with her weekend: "We lost a lot of time on Friday during practice due to some electrical gremlins. Nevertheless we found a good setup. In the first race I wasn´t aggressive enough and lost ground. But fifth place is alright."
In the second run the 30-year-old showed more determination. Unfortunately a shoulder injury slowed her down in the second half. "I had a crash three weeks ago in Qatar and tore a tendon in my left shoulder," she explained. "That´s why I had trouble when trying to lean the machine fast. I feel satisfied with my performance and grateful for Suzuki letting me have this guest appearance here in Germany. Many thanks to the HPC-Power Suzuki Racing Team. They gave me a top motorcycle."
